Where do I enter my discount code?
By entering your code on the shopping cart page, the discount should become visible and your amount adjusted. After entering your discount code you proceed to check out.
How do I return or exchange an item?
You can return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your package for a refund.
Returned items must be in the condition they were received, unwashed, and unworn. Make sure the hangtags are still on.
Return Shipping Instructions – Norwegian Customers
- Book Return Shipping:

- Follow the instructions provided on the website to book your return shipping.
- Confirmation Email:
- Once you have booked your return shipping, you will receive a QR code for print from PostNord.
- Printing the Label:
- If you do not have access to a printer, bring the QR code (email) to your local Postnord delivery location or parcel locker. At the delivery location, an employee will scan the code and print a label for you.
- Shipping Cost:
- Return shipping cost must be covered by the customer – from NOK 69.
Return Shipping Instructions – International Customers
Arrange Return Shipping: International customers must organize their own return shipping with a courier of their choice.
Confirmation: Ensure that you obtain and retain proof of shipment and a tracking number for your return package.
Shipping Cost: Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. No shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as the customer handles the return shipping themselves.

Uncollected Packages
- Uncollected packages will incur a fee of EUR 30/NOK 300/SEK 300 to cover return and handling costs.
Exchanges
- To exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
- Email your new order number to info@runandrelax.com to get the return shipping cost covered.
Faulty or Wrong Items
- If you receive wrong or damaged items, replacements will be sent free of charge.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
All prices are shown in EUR/NOK/SEK and the customer will be debited in EUR/NOK/SEK. Note that all prices include Norwegian VAT (25%).
How do campaigns and offers work?
All offers are valid as long as the item is in stock, or valid up to and including the final date of a special offer campaign.
Is my package insured?
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Run & Relax to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered from your local post-office and signed for, it is no longer covered.
How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost? How can I track my order?
Packages are delivered within 2-5 business days from when the order was placed.

You will receive an e-mail when your package is shipped from our distribution center in Sweden. You can track your order.
We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Please note that during high season (Christmas, sales), packages may be slightly delayed.
