Our 2023 Extended Holiday Returns policy requires that items purchased between November 1, 2023 and December 24, 2023, are returnable through January 12, 2024.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your package. If you regret your purchase within this time period, you can return the item(s) and we will make a refund of the amount you paid for the goods. Note that the product must be returned in the condition it was received. All returns should be both unwashed and unworn. Your package will include a return shipping label that you can use if you wish to return your items. A shipping/handling cost will be deducted from your payment if you choose to use the enclosed return label.
Norwegian customers: Drop of the package at any Post Office – Bring/Posten – make sure the package gets registered. NOK 89 will be deducted from your payment to cover some of the shipping and handling cost.
Swedish customers: Drop of the package at any DHL servicepoint – make sure the package gets registered. SEK 79 will be deducted from your payment to cover some of the shipping and handling cost.
International customers: (except Norwegian and Swedish): Drop of the package at any UPS servicepoint – make sure the package gets registered. EUR 13 will be deducted from your payment to cover some of the shipping and handling cost.
Remember to fill out the return form in your package if you would like to return the products for a refund/money back, or complain due to faulty.
All our orders are sent directly from our warehouse. It is not possible to change/cancel an order once it has been placed. A charge of EUR20/NOK200/SEK200 will be added for uncollected packages to cover the cost of returning it and handling costs.
If you want to exchange the product(s) to a different size, colour or style, you have to return your product(s) for a refund, and place a new order. This is to secure that the product you want is still available in store/does not get sold out in the meantime. Just let us know by sending your new order-number to our customer support email email@example.com and we will cover the return shipping cost.
