The conditions below apply to all contracts for the purchase and delivery of goods from runandrelax.com.
The conditions can be revised without notification and the date above will show the last revision. Please always read through the conditions before ordering. When you accept a transaction with us, you are also accepting our conditions of purchase. The transaction is complete once you have received your confirmation of order, and it is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that all information provided, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address etc. are correct.
These general terms and conditions (the “General Conditions”) apply when you as a consumer (the “Customer”) place an order via www.runandrelax.com. The agreement is concluded between you and Run & Relax Scandinavia AS, company reg. no. 997 185 706. Detailed contact information and other information about Run&Relax are set forth on the Website.
Prices and taxes
The prices stated on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website. All relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. A shipping cost, depending on size of the order, will be added at check-out.
When paying by card, the money will be reserved in your account when placing the order, and deducted when the order is despatched from our warehouse. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe. For Norwegian customers we offer Klarna checkout and Vipps Payment. Payments made on our website are just as secure as payment in a shop. The site is secured by SSL and all card details are encrypted. That means that no one can read your credit card number, name or address when the data is sent via the Internet. Run & Relax Scandinavia AS reserves the right to check card validity, address details of the purchaser and that there are funds available to cover the purchase price.
We ship to Norway and most countries in the EU such as Sweden, Denmark, Finland France, Spain, Germany, Polen, Italy, United Kingdom, Portugal, Austria, Irland, Switzerland, Netherlands and Belgium. When your package is shipped you will get an e-mail that includes a link you can use to track your package up to the collection point.
Transport damage or undelivered products: If the goods are damaged or lost during transport, please take a photo of the package and the product, and let us know as soon as possible and we will help you further. Find our contact information here.
Exhanges and returns
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days. If you regret your purchase within this time period, you can send the items back and we will make a refund of the amount you paid for the goods. Note that the product must be returned in the condition it was received. The product must not be used and the tag must be intact. Your package includes a return shipping lable that you can use if you wish to return your item(s). A shipping/handling cost will be deducted from your payment if you choose to use the enclosed returnslip. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Right of withdrawal
The Act on the Right of Withdrawal entitles you to cancel your purchase. The package must then be returned to us within 14 days. If you are exercising your right to withdraw from the purchase, the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them. We are obliged to make a refund of the amount you have paid, including the cost of shipping. Returned goods should be sent to Run & Relax in accordance with the methods and direkctions set forth on the Website “Return & Exchanges”.
All our orders are sent directly from our warehouse. It is not possible to change/cancel an order once it has been placed. A charge of EUR20/NOK200/SEK200 will be added for uncollected packages to cover the cost of returning it and handling costs.
Run&Relax is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond Run&Relax’s control, e.g. general labour dispute, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service by sub-suppliers due to circumstances set forth above. Such circumstances shall result in relief from damages and other measures. If any such situation should arise, Run&Relax shall inform the Customer accordingly both at the beginning and the end of the period for the current situation. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, both the Customer and Run&Relax are entitled to terminate the purchase with immediate effect.
Changes to the general conditions
Run&Relax reserves the right to change these General Conditions at all times. Any changes to these General Conditions will be posted on the Website.
The Parties shall seek to resolve any disputes between them. If this is not possible, the matter can be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Council in the area in which you live. All disputes shall be resolved according to Norwegian law.
