RR Club Recap: R&R Sweat Circle

There’s something special about moving together outside in the fresh air. We gathered the Run & Relax Club at Lysaker Brygge, right outside our Run & Relax office, for an energizing, and playful, session with personal trainer Bjørgunn Rushfeldt.

The R&R Sweat Circle is a way to bring together women from our community for a workout filled with sweat, laughter, and good energy. With the ocean as our backdrop, we moved through a full-body session that blended functional training, cardio, and strength, all with an element of play that made the workout fly by, and put huge smiles on our faces.

Bjørgunn guided us through sequences designed to challenge the body in different ways – from intervals to stability work and core strength. Functional training like this builds mobility and resilience for everyday life, while the cardio boosts endurance. The strength exercises help create a balanced and powerful body. Add in the playful group atmosphere, and suddenly “working out” feels more like a celebration of movement than a chore.

Moments like these are exactly what The Run & Relax Club is all about – movement, connection, wellness and well-being, blended into everyday life.
