What does summer mean to you?
Summer is my season to recharge. During the rest of the year, I spend so much of my energy teaching, creating content, and helping others move their bodies. Summer gives me the space to reconnect with my own training, my own inspiration, and simply enjoy moving for the joy of it. It’s freedom, nature, and coming back to myself.
Where do you feel most at peace during the summer?
By the ocean. Whether I’m sitting quietly with a cup of coffee, doing yoga on the beach, or kitesurfing with the wind in my face, the sea always brings me home.
How do you like to move your body when you’re on holiday?
Holidays are when I get to prioritise my own movement again. I love morning yoga, strength and mobilitiy training, long walks, swimming, hiking in the mountains, and kitesurfing whenever the wind shows up. It’s less about following a plan and more about listening to what my body needs that day.
It’s my time to reconnect with my own body and remember why I fell in love with movement in the first place.
What’s one healthy habit you always bring with you—no matter where you are?
Breathwork, meditation, and gratitude are my daily anchors. Wherever I am, I spend 15–30 minutes breathing consciously, meditating, and practising gratitude. These simple rituals help me reconnect with myself, create inner calm, and remind me to fully appreciate each day.
What inspires you the most right now?
People who dare to live authentically. The older I get, the more I admire those who choose alignment over perfection.
What’s your best advice for staying active without putting pressure on yourself?
Stop thinking about exercise as something you have to do. Instead, ask yourself: “What would make my body feel happy today?” Some days that’s strength training, some days it’s yoga, a swim, or simply walking barefoot on the beach. Consistency grows much more naturally from joy than from discipline.
Describe your perfect summer day.
Waking up naturally, yoga, medtiation and coffee outside, a day by the ocean, kitesurfing if there’s wind, a beautiful meal with people I love, and ending the day watching the sunset with salty skin and a grateful heart.
What’s one thing you hope to do more of before summer is over?
Spend even more time outdoors without looking at the clock.
Favourite Run & Relax piece this season—and why?
Soft Rib Tank
I have it in several colours, and it’s been one of my favourite pieces throughout our campervan journey across Europe this summer. I’ve worn it for morning yoga, hiking, exploring old castles, and wandering through beautiful cities. I love how incredibly soft and comfortable it feels, and how effortlessly it transitions from teaching yoga to everyday adventures. For me, comfort, freedom of movement, and timeless quality will always win
